If you could change one thing you do every day to help lower your carbon emissions what would you do?
Hop to the local store rather than drive into town?
Skip on the train rather than a plane?
Jumper up rather than turn the heating on?
But have you ever though about how much carbon is released producing the food you eat?
The most emission-intensive foods are red meat and dairy. Down to the amount of fertilizer and food that goes into rearing cows and the amount of CO2 and methane they expel.
Thats food for thought eh?
