This week's T-shirt of the Week is 'Flash howies'.

This weeks T of the week is a logo tee, its very rare that we ever do anything but the classic howies logo.

Penned by the fair hand of Millie Marotta we pay homage to the days of spandex, moustaches and shoulder pads. Weve been listening to a lot of Yazoo lately.

So get a tee and head down to the nearest discothque and throw some shapes.

Available on Black for men (with a yellow print) and women (with a purple print).

t-shirt of the week, cow emissions!

Have you ever though about how much carbon is released producing the food you eat? This weeks t-shirt of the week is a funny take on just that.

The most emission-intensive foods are red meat and dairy. Down to the amount of fertilizer and food that goes into rearing cows and the amount of CO2 and methane they expel.

Food for thought eh?

Available on Black for men (orange print) and Black for women (stone grey print).

It's all about 'Cow emissions'.

If you could change one thing you do every day to help lower your carbon emissions what would you do?

Hop to the local store rather than drive into town?
Skip on the train rather than a plane?
Jumper up rather than turn the heating on?

But have you ever though about how much carbon is released producing the food you eat?

You might be interested to know that your diet can help to save the environment.
Did you know that the carbon footprint of a tasty steak is the equivalent to that of a 19 mile journey in a 4x4 and the milk in a simple bowl of cereal creates the equivalent of driving 4.5 miles. Crazy huh?

NEW T-shirt of the week - Handlebar

This week's T-shirt of the Week is 'Handlebar'.

We're big on facial hair here at howies. There's something quite dignified and
distinguished about a gentleman with a bit of facial furniture, don't you think?

Paul is currently sporting a rather splendid beard, Tidy Mike is renowned as
a bit of a hairy beast too and Anna, well she's got a great 'tache but she
bleaches hers (joke!).

Nobody has quite reached this chap's standard yet though. That is just about
the finest handlebar I have ever seen. A facial sensation.

Designed by those spiffing chaps over at Dye Holloway Murray.
Available on Sky for men and women.

This one is for all those grafters out there who put food on our table.
Those passionate, obsessive, craftsmen of the land.
The ones who are hard at work while we are sound asleep.
Folk who have had some hard times lately.
We respect your endless energy.
Here's to you.

Life... Seems like everyday it gets more and more hectic.

Work, money, the weather, that pesky hole in your sock... it all gets a bit too much. By the end of it you're pulling your hair out because you just can't fit everything into your day.

I guess sometimes life aint easy. What can you do eh?

No point stressing over it.
