Hailing from Portland, Oregon - MC SpandX sums up the absurdity of being a little too keen on one particular cycling identity. It made me chuckle.......
Spandex festooned road cyclists have had fun poked at the them for a while now - it is amusing to see hipsters get a little bit of flak too, although bless them.....they have been through a lot recently with the release of the movie Bruno. Anyone else see the resemblance.....or is it just me?
I found the clip on Bike Portland's fantastic website - if you ever get the chance, it is a great city to ride your bike around!
Isn't collaboration great?
You tend to get a more interesting end product if more people are involved in the creation.
With that in mind, we've just started our second collaborative play list on Spotify.
If you have Spotify, click here to listen to the Do play list.
And you can add your favourite motivational, Doing songs to the list as well.
If you have something to Do, this music will help.
And don't forget the summer playlist here
Tomorrow at midday we close the Do Lectures Golden Ticket.
So if you have been thinking about it, now is the time to buy one.
One of you is going to win a Free Do Lectures Ticket.
It could be you.
It might be.
See you at the Do lectures.
maybe. just maybe.
The lovely people at Rude Health have sent us some of their muesli samples to give out to you guys. So we decided to give Ruben a bell and asked him to dig out some of the Muesli/Metallica tees from last year. We've reduced them to £15 as a special promotion.
So come down to the store, buy yourself one of these tees, grab yourself some free muesli, and rock out to one of your favorite Metallica tunes in the morning.
I'd go for The Prince myself. What track would you choose???
