Who's that girl?

Hazel started work at howies today helping Louise in our garment technical division.

We first got to know her when she sent us a hand embroidered letter.

Then she raced in our Strath Puffer 24 hour team with Ruben, Hicksey and Alastair Humphreys. She rode the fastest lap and was just beaten to most laps by Alastair.

She's a biker, surfer and snorkler. And has designed her own tech range after graduating form the performance sportswear design course at Falmouth.

I think she will put us to shame at next years bike races. Check out her cross bike.

So when a zip just works, a pocket feels right, a base layer hugs not rubs, a dress dresses you as it should and a loved shirt goes unnoticed on your back day in day out, it's because Lou and Hazel did their work well.

Now Hiring.....

we are currently searching for a new 'full time' member of the team to come and join us over at Carnaby Street. We are looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing, creative, howies loving, experienced sales person to fit in perfectly with our existing team.

an interest in a few of the following would be beneficial...

Sustainable fashion, Organic clothing, Active wear, Denim, Cycling, Running, Climbing, Adventures, Tea, Cakes, Biscuits, Dogs, Art, Music.

if you're interested and you think you fit the bill then please send your CV's and Covering Letters to [email protected].

hope to hear from you soon.

new emma

this is new emma. she is a replacement supervisor in our carnaby street store.

she's been down in cardigan having fish and chips from bowens chip shop on poppit sands, learnt the products, had a look at how we got to where we are today, met everyone, had lunch at fforest, saw the cardigan shop, learnt how to print a tee and packed some parcels.

she's now back on the train on the way home with a head full of stuff to unravel.
