bike pain

new bike arrived on tuesday,

wed night saw a session at brechfa red and black on the downhill sections, much crashing, rattling and spluttering made for an aswome night,

thursday saw a big street and park session in cardigan

friday see's tom in work, in lots of pain, walking like an OAP wondering what happened

when i was a kid i could ride all day every day for a month, crash at top speed, slam into tarmac an just get up and keep going, just a few years later and its all so different...

i'm looking forward to a summer of pain (although it'd be better pain free)
