We stand by the products we make. We believe in quality and we will not be happy until you are.

So, if our products have failed you in any way, please return them and we will either exchange them or give you your money back.

If you are buying underwear, please try it on over other underwear, as we will not be able to exchange any items that have been worn next to the skin.

When it's sale time our margins are very small which means we are unable to offer freepost on returns, simply because we can't afford to.  If you wish to send some sale items back for exchange or refund, you will have to pay for the postage yourself.  We will however send the exchanged items back to you without charging you the postage.

How to return or exchange an item

You do not have to pay to return an item (except in times of sale). There is a returns address sticker sent out with your order. Please use this to return your parcel. At the same time, please fill in the reverse side of the invoice
to tell us why you are returning your goods, so we can quickly put things right.
Please ensure that you use the proof of posting card (also enclosed with
your order) at the Post Office when you send your goods back.
